so...um...this is me? my name's nels, i'm from canada (eh) and i sketch a lot. people think it's creepy and stalkerish because they find themselves in my sketchbook XD but i get bored in class. i write songs, i play guitar, and i suck at singing. i love music. favourite bands are: said the whale, of monsters and men, the zolas, the black keys, mumford and sons, the kooks, arcade fire, vampire weekend, hey ocean, dan mangan, the dirty heads, and a lot of others. you can find my music here: www.youtube.com/user/nelsduff2… and laugh at my bad singing XD i like science fiction, dystopian stuff. if you ever meet me, i'll probably be wearing a too large plaid shirt. and...i think that's all? so, peace out. enjoy the art.

so, yeah, if anyone wants to do an art trade, i'd love to. i'm procrastinating and i really shouldn't be because i have some crazy lines to memorize for the merchant of venice. but yeah. it's cool XD
i'll post some stuff from this...sort of crazy-ass story that me and avery have been "working on" also known as having way too much fun being gross and describing infected wounds/zombies/gangrene and torturing our poor characters XD as soon as i have access to a scanner, you will see the wonderfulness of a story that was borne of a facebook chat randomly written in southern accents about zombies and pirates.
i think we both need to sleep more.

not in the brain, yet. too tired. just got back from ontario. spent a week in stratford at shakespeare camp. it was brilliant for many reasons but now i'm dead. will post art when i get some energy back. um...yeah. it's bad pen airplane art, but if that is excusable, yes. and it\s of my OC's. sorry. you've seen a lot of them. and will see more, unfortunately. maybe some other stuff, if i get up to it.
